These updates were meticulously crafted to streamline processes, improve collaboration, and elevate the overall user experience.  - **Pricing Module Enhancements:** Our Pricing module received a significant upgrade, empowering buyers and suppliers to efficiently exchange product pricing information through Procurant's intuitive 'Request for Pricing' module. With this enhancement, negotiating and updating price sheets based on various parameters such as pricing type, routing terms, and date ranges became seamless. Additionally, new email alerts were implemented to notify suppliers of pricing requests and adjustments to existing pricing sheets, ensuring timely communication and transparency. - **Trace Feature Enhancement:** Building on the foundation of traceability, Procurant enhanced its Trace feature to enable suppliers to share critical product details like pack dates and expiration dates with their trading partners. Now, partners can access and review additional product information directly from the order detail screen, enhancing visibility and trust throughout the supply chain. - **Usability Improvements:** To enhance user experience, both the Task Center and Order list screens underwent refinements. The addition of Invoice status and Invoice number fields to the order views ensures easy access to invoice information, facilitating smoother transactions. Moreover, the Task Center view now boasts additional filters, allowing suppliers to tailor their views according to their preferences and workflows. - **Organic Product Indicators:** Recognizing the growing importance of organic products, Procurant introduced the capability for suppliers to designate products as Organic on purchase orders. This enhancement includes an indicator against organic products, simplifying identification for both buyers and suppliers and promoting transparency in product sourcing. - **Product Mapping Tool Update:** The Product Mapping tool received an update, empowering suppliers to effortlessly update their existing product mappings and apply the latest changes to open orders.
